Dramatic Rights
RHA has a remarkable hit rate of dramatic adaptations, with a variety of feature films and successful series, and several of the biggest deals in film rights history. We work with a variety of coagents in Hollywood and elsewhere, including Creative Artists Agency, United Talent Agency, Gotham Group, Anonymous Content, and others. The agency also frequently sells work directly. The agency’s commission is 15%, which is split with a coagent (if one is involved).
For all dramatic rights enquiries, please contact Joseph Regal (joe@rhaliterary.com).
Foreign Rights
We love iconoclasts, which is why we’ve always been passionate about work that crosses borders, literally and figuratively. Our titles have sold into as many as 43 territories, from seven-figure deals in Europe to three-figure deals in Mongolia. Collectively, our agents are fluent in English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, and Polish. We regularly attend major book fairs in Frankfurt, London, and Guadalajara, and take part in international fellowships (which may or may not involve late-night karaoke sessions). We have also been selling rights into the English-language markets for leading publishers and agencies around the world, including S. Fischer, Hanser, Old Street, Literary Agency Michael Gaeb, and The Grayhawk Agency.
